Our Designated Charity
As part of a 3 year strategic plan, the Berkeley West Thames team has pledged its support to HSSH (Hope for Southall Street Homeless) as its designated charity
HSSH began work in 2016 and their main activity is the provision of a night shelter for local rough sleepers.

The Berkeley Foundation
The Berkeley Foundation was set up by the Berkeley Group in March 2011. It is a registered charity that supports young people and their families in the communities in which Berkeley works.
The Foundation focuses on making a difference in four key areas: developing people's skills, helping them secure a job, ensuring they can have a home, and supporting people to live positively with illness or disability, summarised as Homes, Jobs, Skills and Care.
Since 2011, the Foundation has committed more than £14.9 million to more than 100 charities and worthy causes. All money raised by staff for the Foundation is matched pound for pound by Berkeley Group. Berkeley Group pays all the overhead costs of the Foundation, so every penny committed is spent directly on charitable causes.
The Berkeley Foundation Give As You Earn initiative allows employees to contribute a monthly amount of their salary to a charity of their choice. This amount will then be matched by the Berkeley Foundation. Over 52% of the Berkeley West Thames team currently contribute to the Give As You Earn initiative.
